Responsibilities
- Work alongside the senior consumer marketing manager and marketing director to deliver the events’ marketing and PR strategies to achieve maximum exposure whilst increasing brand awareness, ticket sales, and positive advocacy for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland
- Support the wider marketing department with new launches and ad hoc projects
- Work alongside the senior marketing manager and the digital team to ensure the paid digital campaign is aligned with the wider marketing campaign and monitor performance throughout to maximise ticket sales
- Support the senior marketing manager in managing event marketing budgets, finding efficiencies and greater ROI where possible
- Support strategic development and day-to-day delivery of PR and influencer campaigns alongside the external PR agency, ensuring maximum coverage
- Management and negotiation of third-party media partnerships
- Manage internal research tools to develop a thorough understanding of the event\’s audience profile
- Work alongside the senior marketing manager to monitor, optimise and report on all marketing activity, and action adjustments where necessary to ensure optimisation for maximum performance, reach, and ROI
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sponsor and partner marketing requirements are fulfilled and opportunities for reciprocal marketing are maximised
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances
- Some weekend work where you may be required to travel to events
- Regular out-of-hours work during the production and delivery of each event
- Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role

Knowledge And Experience
- Demonstrable event marketing experience
- Highly proficient at developing 360 event marketing campaigns
- A proven ability to interpret data and report on the effectiveness of a marketing campaign
- Knowledge and experience of successful end-to-end event budget management
- Experience managing the development and production of creative assets & content that drive consumers through the purchase funnel effectively
- Strong digital & social marketing experience and understanding
- Strong UK media mix understanding and existing relationships with key London media
Skills And Abilities
- Deep understanding and passion for consumer-first strategy & creative and performance marketing
- Strong numerical understanding, and the ability to interpret sales results/trends
- Open to change and the ability to embrace change with a willingness to learn whilst being a problem solver, innovative, and strategic thinker
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with strong writing, proofing, and editorial skills – excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to quickly learn and become an expert at using various insight & analytic tools, strong understanding, and ability to recommend new tools to improve our marketing campaigns and activity
- Ability to challenge the status quo backed by empirical evidence
- Working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervision
- A strong team player that is flexible
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Working Conditions
- The work location is Chiswick Park, London
- This is a fixed-term 1 year contract
- Working hours are 9-5 pm
- Occasional weekend work where you may be required to travel to events
- Occasional outside of event travel, there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role
