Brand Partnership Assistant (Digital)

The Role

The Brand Partnership team focuses across WME’s roster to create brand relationships. Deals can range from a social media post to securing sweat equity in a new startup. This assistant role is fast‑paced and requires handling a high volume of email traffic, understanding platforms to collect client demographics and analytics, managing logistics to execute closed deals, compiling departmental information, creating client materials, researching projects, preparing meeting information, and other ad hoc duties as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

The Person

The ideal candidate will be professional, presentable, and passionate about the brand partnership space. They will demonstrate exceptional organisation and communication skills, understand the importance of excellent client service, and maintain absolute discretion.

  • Confidence working with MS Office on a daily basis, with a strong grasp of numbers
