The Brand Partnership team focuses across WME’s entire roster to help create brand relationships. A deal can be anywhere from a social media post to securing sweat equity in a new start‑up. The assistant role is fast‑paced.

Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling a high volume of email traffic
  • Understanding of platforms to collect clients’ demographics and analytics
  • Handling logistics to execute a closed deal
  • Compiling information in department and agent’s tracking systems
  • Proficient in creating client materials and lists
  • In-depth research projects for agents as required
  • Preparing information for internal and client meetings
  • Other ad hoc duties as they arise

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Demonstrating exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • Understanding the importance of excellent client service and absolute discretion
