We are looking for a passionate and culturally attuned Account Manager to join our team and lead across one of our most exciting client portfolios in racing, including properties in motorsport and sailing. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for managing and activating best-in-class campaigns for a leading brand in the racing space. You will bring strong knowledge or passion for motorsport and/or sailing, paired with an appreciation for how these sports connect with global audiences through media, influencers, and content.
- Lead day-to-day management and delivery of integrated campaigns across the racing portfolio, covering motorsport and sailing events, partnerships, and activations.
- Be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and strategic alignment at every stage.
- Manage regular reporting across all racing properties, including development and distribution of a monthly newsletter summarising key updates, performance metrics, and content highlights.
- Collaborate closely with rights holders, production teams, and creative teams to ensure assets and approvals are well coordinated.
- Support campaign planning and ideation, bringing fresh thinking informed by trends in motorsport, sailing, and broader cultural movements.
- Help deliver live event coverage and support on-the-ground activation when needed, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across creative, strategy, comms, and partnerships to ensure smooth, integrated campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear post-activation reporting with actionable insights.
You Have These:
- Knowledge of the social and digital landscape, including relevant platforms, analytics, and cultural trends.
- 3–4 years of relevant agency or client-side experience, ideally within the sport or lifestyle marketing space.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines across a complex portfolio.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience in reporting campaign results clearly and meaningfully.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills—especially important for monthly newsletter and ongoing client updates.
- Confident and professional communicator, able to build trusted relationships with clients, rights holders, and internal teams.
- Understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and the role of influencers and creators in sports campaigns.
- Experience in developing content ideas and working with production teams, including knowledge of relevant content formats.
- Passion for sport, especially racing formats (F1, endurance, offshore sailing, etc.) is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, sponsorship, or communications.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder accounts with a strong track record in client servicing and campaign delivery.
- Interest or background in motorsport, sailing, or adjacent high-performance sports preferred.
