About The Role
WME's Rotational Assistant Programme is a unique entry‐level opportunity offering hands‐on training, experience across departments, and exposure to the workings of a talent agency. This training programme combines formal assistant training and rotational placements across departments such as Books, Literary Media, Sports, Digital, Brand Partnerships, Non‐Scripted TV and WME Independent. This is an opportunity to learn more about the industry and build a career in entertainment while offering the chance to make connections and impress senior agents across the business. Your time will be focused on developing your skills and rotating through assistant desks, gaining exposure to the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions covering assistant fundamentals
- Develop skills in diary management, communication, research, client servicing, and industry tools
- Learn how different departments operate and how to support their specific needs
- Provide short‐term cover on desks across departments, supporting agents and their clients
- Manage calls, emails, calendars, travel, and meeting logistics
- Conduct research, draft documents, review contracts, and prepare materials
- Apply for open desks when available, with a view to securing permanent placement
- Assist the Facilities team occasionally during large‐scale events or office‐wide initiatives (e.g., all‐staff meetings, cultural events)
- Support the Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy team by helping to plan and coordinate events and cultural calendar moments
- Contribute to ad‐hoc office projects or initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace experience
- Undertake any additional tasks or provide support to other teams as required, ensuring flexibility in responding to the evolving needs of the business
