The Role And What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Management: Support clients with licensee product submissions and approvals, from initial concept through to final production.
  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and licensees regarding all product and marketing-related approvals and queries.
  • Compliance Oversight: Monitor licensing agreements to ensure product submissions remain compliant across agreed territories, product categories and distribution channels. Ensure licensee manufacturers have necessary certification to produce officially licensed goods.
  • Critical Path Ownership: Manage licensee critical paths and launch dates, ensuring deadlines are met and products reach the market on schedule.
  • Data Integrity: Proactively maintain client and licensee product development trackers.
  • Onboarding & Training: Deliver approval system training to new licensees and onboard them with relevant ways-of-working and brand assets.
  • Cross-Sector Support: Provide ad-hoc support across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment clients as needed.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the commercial team with updating the client sales decks and presentation materials to ensure they reflect the latest licensee activity, product launches and brand milestones.

You Have These

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for ensuring client trademarks, logos and creative direction is strictly adhered to by licensees.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Exceptional administrative abilities with a proven track record of managing complex workflows.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: The ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks efficiently and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Multitasking Prowess: Comfortable juggling a variety of fast-moving projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Relationship Building: A natural ability to build trust and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a product development, design and/or licensing environment.
  • Presentation & Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to create and update compelling sales decks and visual assets. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) is not needed but would be advantageous.
