As a member of this PMO team of 7, you will work closely with another Business Analyst and be part of a friendly, collaborative environment where knowledge is shared, and professional growth is encouraged. The Opportunity Seeking a Business Analyst who can lead conversations with senior stakeholders incl. partners or attorneys, but who will also perform the \’hands-on\’ work at every stage of the business analysis cycle. This is a chance to make a real impact delivering full value from new products and by re-engineering processes, implementing automation, and shaping the future of operational efficiency within the firm. The Role Analyse and re-engineer processes, identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows. Design and implement automated solutions, improving accuracy and reducing manual work. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and build consensus. Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and user stories. Lead testing, training, and change management initiatives. About You Proven experience in business analysis within complex organizations. Formal qualifications in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, Agile BA Practitioner). Strong skills in process re-engineering, automation, and Agile methods. Proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
