WMC Training is seeking a dedicated Nursery apprentice to join the professional, rewarding, and supportive team at Sutton SM3 8LR. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience working with children, a genuine interest in developing the talent of younger generations, and a strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.

MUST have experience working in a nursery setting before. You will be a collaborative team member, equally capable of taking initiative, and adept at planning enriching activities.

DUTIES
  • To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members).
  • To keep records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child’s life.
  • Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have prior nursery experience.
  • Willing to learn a qualification.
  • Ability to write clear objective observations.
  • Commitment to complete a childcare qualification.
