The ideal candidate will bring previous experience working with children, a genuine interest in developing the talent of younger generations, and a strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.
MUST have experience working at the nursery setting before. You will be a collaborative team member, equally capable of taking initiative, and adept at planning enriching activities.
DUTIES
Your duties as Nursery Practitioner:
- To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members)
- To keep records of your key children's development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other key adults in the child's life.
- Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have prior nursery experience
- Willing to learn a qualification
- Ability to write clear objective observations
