WMC RECRUITMENT is currently looking for passionate individuals to join an amazing nursery in Cambridge ,CB2 1AA.
The nursery have a child focused team who really care about the well-being and development of all our children. You will be responsible for the daily care and development of children in the baby room as well as leading a team of experienced Early Year Educators. The Baby room caters for the youngest of our children aged between 3 months old and 18 months old.
The nursery is looking for a driven and bubbly Senior member of staff to join our leadership team as a Third in Charge/Baby Room Leader. You will be joining a team that has a genuine love for childcare.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
- bringing passion and expert knowledge to the baby room and to the nursery as a whole
- sharing knowledge with the team
- putting your stamp on the daily routine including tailoring the learning to the individual child
- having an awareness of risks in the setting and your room to ensure a safe environment
- feedback and communication with parents via our parent portal, face to face and at parent meetings
- supporting senior management to ensure that tasks relating to day to day management of nursery are completed
- Mentor junior team members to ensure they are confident and understand their roles within the setting
- motivating and engaging team to ensure the best possible environment for children to learn
- creating a happy and safe environment for children to thrive in.
Pay: £31,500 per year
