Working closely with operational managers across Customer Experience, Train Crew and Control, you will help optimise station performance and resource deployment for the benefit of customers.
You will also support the Senior Conductor Management Team to maximise operational efficiency and revenue opportunities.
What does the job involve?
- Shift patterns will include weekends, early starts and late finishes
- Ensure full compliance with all safety responsibilities, policies, rules and regulations.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues and customers at all times.
- Adhere to the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and all company procedures.
- Manage the issue and replacement of emergency and operational equipment for Senior Conductors as required.

- For safety reasons, you need to be aged 18 or older.
