We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Team Supervisor to manage operations at our Tyseley depot. This is a permanent night shift and shift times are 18:45 - 06:00. This is a safety‑critical role responsible for delivering high‑quality train cleaning services through effective team‑management, planning, and resource management. You will oversee day‑to‑day cleaning operations, ensuring customer expectations, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.
