You'll provide guidance, champion best practice, and support teams to understand and address the impact of their activities on customers and colleagues. By driving consistency and robust governance, you'll help ensure equality considerations are fully integrated into decision-making, particularly for people with protected characteristics. This is a great opportunity to influence meaningful change and help create positive outcomes for both our customers and workforce. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Birmingham, with some travel across our network. Interviews to be held mid October.

- Embed requirements across business processes, projects and change programmes.

- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of teams and stakeholders.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate change and manage ambiguity.
To ensure continuity and an effective delivery of service, successful candidates will be required to commit to a minimum 14-month period in role after achieving competence. This also includes existing colleagues who move by internal promotions and transfers. This time allows our future colleagues to support personal career development by allowing time to build strong knowledge and expertise.
