This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively., * Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.

• Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and easily accessible to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic maths skills for handling cash and card payments.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.

• Provide support in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in English is required; additional multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within busy periods.

• A friendly demeanour with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds.
