WM Donnelly & Co Ltd is a leading provider of heating and plumbing services across the West of Scotland. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Gas Service and Repair Engineer to join our team in Ayrshire and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and repair domestic gas appliances and heating systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Ensure all work complies with current safety and industry standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Complete job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

  • ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1 (additional certs a bonus)
  • Gas Safe registered
  • Proven experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload
  • Clean UK driving licence
  • Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate or willingness to obtain one
