About Us
W M Donald Ltd are looking for a reliable Plant Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient and cost-effective plant and equipment administration system. This includes ensuring that company and hired plant, and equipment operated by employees and sub-contractors complies with legislation and client specifications/requirements. Compliance with the Company Standards of Service and quality systems is essential to meet the requirements of the company business plan(s).
Key Responsibilities
- Taking calls from site for plant requirements and assisting in any queries relating to lead times.
- Raising and placing plant orders.
- The efficient, effective control and monitoring, via accurate computerised records using NAV, of all company and hired small plant and specialised equipment to ensure:
- Traceability
- Serviceability
