Your responsibilities as Administrator at WLV Plumbing & Heating Ltd:

  • Coordinate engineers' diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers, letting agents and suppliers to ensure work progresses smoothly.
  • Monitor van stock levels and arrange replenishment of parts and materials.
  • Raise invoices using Xero and ServiceM8 while managing shared email inboxes.
  • Track enquiries and customer pipelines through Go High Level and prepare quotations using Quotient.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support that keeps our operations running effectively.

What we're looking for in an Administrator:

  • Previous experience using Xero accounting software.
  • Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple software platforms.
  • Experience using, or the ability to quickly learn, ServiceM8, Go High Level and Quotient.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience within the plumbing, heating or wider trades sector would be advantageous.
