Salary: £46,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Address: 1 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HP

Office based with potential for on-site and off-site shoots

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm (Shifts to include: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm)

Break: 30-min lunch, unpaid

Work model: Hybrid; minimum of 2 days worked in office per week

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Videographer and Editor with strong motion graphics and animation skills to join our Creative Services team. This is a hands-on role for a highly creative and proactive content creator who can take ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You'll work closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to produce value-adding content that inspires and drives engagement across multiple internal channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video content across a range of formats, including interviews, events, leadership comms, and campaign content
  • Lead the editing process, crafting narratives that align with project objectives and audience needs
  • Design and create motion graphics, animations, titles, and transitions to shape creative concepts and execution approaches
  • Contribute proactively during briefing, ideation, and creative development sessions
  • Advise on production approaches, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging content trends
  • Manage video projects from pre-production through post-production, maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and to a high creative and technical standard
  • Maintain organised project files, asset libraries, and editing workflows
  • Support continuous improvement of production processes and creative standards

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Strong professional experience in videography, editing, and post-production
  • Advance proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Demonstrable experience creating motion graphics, animation, and visual effects
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio capture, and visual storytelling
  • Experience producing content for corporate, internal comms, marketing, or brand environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production and animation work

Desirable

  • Experience creating content for financial services or highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Audition
  • Experience with 2D character animation, kinetic typography, and explainer video production
  • Knowledge of photography and content creation for digital channels

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Video Production, Visual Arts, Media Studies, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in photography and videography, including post-production expertise
  • Proven ability to light diverse environments for both video and photography shoots
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing creative concepts and mood boards
  • Strong portfolio showcasing corporate, portrait, and event photography
  • A showreel demonstrating a range of corporate video projects
  • Solid understanding of branding and the ability to visually communicate brand messages
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and maintain quality under pressure
  • Deep understanding of high-end audiences and tailoring visual content accordingly
