Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a talented Presentations Associate to support one of our prestigious UK-based Financial Advisory and Banking clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, a good working knowledge of Word, and an interest in developing expertise across the wider Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Training will be provided to enhance your skill set.
You will be responsible for creating and formatting high-quality presentations and documents, ensuring they are accurate, visually engaging, and delivered within agreed deadlines. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will provide a professional, responsive service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
The Team
As part of the Document Production team, you will collaborate with clients, colleagues, and Workflow Coordinators to produce presentation materials and business documents. You will take ownership of your workload, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, corporate branding standards, and agreed timescales.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
