An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our talented and committed team as a Teaching Assistant working 26 hours, Monday to Friday, term time only. Stamford Bridge Primary School is part of the Wonder Learning Partnership Academy Trust. As a family of schools with shared values, we believe we can provide the best education for children in our care by working together to develop best practice, whilst retaining our own unique ethos.
As part of a forward thinking Academy Trust, where innovations in teaching and learning are integral, staff have the opportunity for continued professional development and career progression. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated colleague who has a passion for working with pupils with specific areas of need.
Successful candidates will:

- Work in partnership with the class teacher to complement the teachers’ delivery of the curriculum alongside any specific intervention required.
- Able to work in a positive and calm way, supporting individuals and working with small groups to support pupils to achieve the highest standards in their learning.

- Have an excellent understanding of safeguarding and what creates a positive culture for safeguarding.
- Deliver interventions and support to children.
