An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our talented and committed team as a Teaching Assistant working 26 hours, Monday to Friday, term time only. Stamford Bridge Primary School is part of the Wonder Learning Partnership Academy Trust. As a family of schools with shared values, we believe we can provide the best education for children in our care by working together to develop best practice, whilst retaining our own unique ethos.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated colleague who has a passion for working with pupils with specific areas of need.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be a positive role model who is committed to upholding our school ethos and values.
  • Work in partnership with the class teacher to complement the teachers’ delivery of the curriculum alongside any specific intervention required.
  • Able to work in a positive and calm way, supporting individuals and working with small groups to support pupils to achieve the highest standards in their learning.
  • Have a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Be warm, caring and patient.
  • Have an excellent understanding of safeguarding and what creates a positive culture for safeguarding.
  • Deliver interventions and support to children.
