About the Role

We are partnered with a leading organisation in the energy sector, seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join their digital transformation programme. This is a key role where you will shape the architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce solutions that will underpin innovation and efficiency across the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring Salesforce capabilities are aligned with strategic goals in an industry that is rapidly evolving with sustainability and technology at its core.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Salesforce architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Design end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, integrating with wider enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
  • Advise on Salesforce best practices, governance, and release management.
  • Engage with business stakeholders, project managers, and third parties to ensure successful solution delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, ideally within large-scale or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, Mulesoft).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect) highly desirable.
  • Experience designing solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

Desirable

  • Prior experience within the energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors.
  • Familiarity with emerging Salesforce features (Einstein, Industry Clouds, or Net Zero Cloud).
