About the Role
We are working on behalf of a well-established, patient-focused optical practice in Bath that is looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join their friendly team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense spectacles and lenses to all prescriptions
- Advise patients on frame styles, lens types and coatings based on their lifestyle and visual requirements
- Manage fittings, adjustments and minor repairs to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain clear and accurate patient records in line with GOC standards
- Support the wider team to achieve sales and service targets
- Help train and mentor junior members of staff where needed
