About the role: As a WLMG Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for handling sales enquiries – whether via the internet, telephone or in person – with enthusiasm, confidence and purpose. You’ll deliver a best‑possible customer experience, maintaining professionalism and integrity, and identify sales opportunities in a target‑based environment. No experience needed; we provide full training.

Day‑to‑day duties:

  • Selling new and used cars with enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Maintaining customer records and after‑sales service.
  • Managing the customer database to create new opportunities.
  • Maintaining showroom standards and photography for the website.
  • Creating and sending customised video presentations to potential customers.
  • Ensuring all sales are compliant with FCA legislation.
  • Learning vehicle specifications in stock.

  • Highly organised and confident managing duties to look after customers.
  • Strong attention to detail to get things right the first time.
  • Positive attitude and drive to achieve targets.
  • Valid full driving licence held for at least one year.
  • Professional and friendly manner, including great telephone manner.
