WLMG Ltd in Essex is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead service, parts and workshop operations at our brand-new MG retailer in Upminster. You will own the Aftersales P&L, balance customer service excellence with cost control, and drive CSI and vehicle health check conversions, training teams to deliver high performance from day one.
This role requires hands-on leadership, robust budgeting, and strong knowledge of DMS systems and warranty processes to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
