We are looking for a candidate to join our production team at our Yeovil site. This role is full time, and due to business requirements, it will involve shift work, night time working, and a requirement to work bank holidays.
The Role & Tasks:
- Supervise and designate bulk material intake for the mill, completing all documentation for production and audit purposes.
- Ensure stock rotation to minimise wastage for the hand additives and product bins.
- Setting up of recipe Press Profiles to ensure the highest quality and consistency of feed is maintained.
- Assist with die changes and maintain machinery to maximise efficiency.
- Liaise with Senior Management regarding preventative maintenance requirements and schedules.
The Candidate:
- Motivated, enthusiastic and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload & multi-task.
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
