We are looking for a fully skilled CNC and Manual Turner to work on Hurco controlled and manual machines. Experience on Hurco machines would be preferred but not essential as training can be given to those with turning experience.
Responsibilities
- Read and work to 2D engineering drawings and check tool dimensions.
- Produce machined components, primarily operating and setting CNC machines with Hurco conversational control.
- Modify programs as required ensuring quality workmanship at all times.
- Work within the given timescales, be organised, focused, and adopt a high level of attention to detail.
- Work as a team player and follow company procedures to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- Full skillset in CNC and manual turning.
- Experience with Hurco machines preferred.
- Ability to train on Turn or Hurco.
- Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills.
Work Details
Immediate start, full-time 38 hours per week with overtime available. Pay above average depending on expertise, experience, and hours worked. Located at Hutton Cranswick Industrial Estate, Driffield.
