You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive automation, cybersecurity, and capital projects across the manufacturing site in Wrexham. You’ll balance hands-on operations with strategic leadership, delivering improvements to power, control, and information systems while strengthening site cybersecurity. This is an opportunity to influence how technology enables manufacturing excellence and operational performance at scale. You will collaborate with IT and business partners to translate strategy into tangible site programs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead central PC&IS initiatives and influence regional/local capital projects
  • Provide recommendations for equipment improvements and new technology in power, control, and information systems
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities with effective prioritization of resources
  • Develop and maintain a technology vision to drive future business opportunities
  • Communicate updates to site stakeholders to enable collaborative work
  • Support cybersecurity framework delivery in collaboration with IT representatives
