Kellanova is investing 75 million in its cereal plant in Wrexham, aiming to make it the largest cereal manufacturing site in Europe. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking for a Multiskilled Craft Day person. This onsite role is based primarily at our Wrexham plant and encompasses all aspects of an FMCG production facility, including a busy, high-volume manufacturing plant and office environments.
Reporting to the Day Craft Lead and working closely with individuals across the maintenance function, including reliability engineers, technology owners, and shift craft teams. The main objective of the Craftsperson is to drive an increase in plant Operational Equipment Effectiveness through an effective execution of the maintenance plan and focused improvements around failures of equipment.

- Maintenance Execution: Executes maintenance tasks to specification and plan
- Plant Contribution: Actively contributes to day-to-day plant objectives and priorities
- Task Recording: Ensuring all tasks are recorded in SAP-PM, including job description, and time confirmations
- Equipment Diagnosis: To diagnose equipment defects and implement corrective actions and countermeasures
- KPI Compliance: Ensuring compliance to Plant KPI metrics
- Flexible Working: Work flexibly to help deliver business needs
