Founded in London, W.J.Y. is a creative house dedicated to designing timeless jewellery and fashion for high-quality, modern daily wear. With a W.J.Y. design philosophy of “freedom of style,” the brand extends craft-ship to sustainability through natural gemstones and fabrics.

We are looking for passionate and motivated candidates with a strong interest in jewellery and gemstones, who are eager to gain hands-on experience in design, retail, e-commerce, and social media content creation.

What You Will Do
  • Work closely with the designer on jewellery development, including sketching, technical drawing, and 3D modelling
  • Support daily retail store operations and in-store workflows
  • Enhance customer experience through both in-store service and online engagement
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain an appealing store and online presence
  • Create digital content for social media platforms and online stores
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative marketing ideas
Candidate Profile
  • Studies or a strong interest in Jewellery Design, Gemology, Fashion Marketing & Communication, or Merchandising
  • Familiarity with jewellery drawing, wax carving, or 3D modelling
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram
  • Interest or experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong sense of fashion and attention to visual detail
Skills & Qualities
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic or Chinese are a plus)
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism
