Wireline Field Engineers wanted for a 6-month, ad-hoc contract.
Leads the wireline crew and equipment to execute the service/tools related to well interventions, including case hole logging, ballistics, tractor conveyance, and powered mechanical applications.
Follows all company safety and security procedures and observes all company and government regulations.
Conducts all required responsibilities safely and as described in the company's documentation.
Conducts all assigned business activities in accordance with company policies.
Performs other related duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Be proficient across all logging and well intervention service lines.
- Maintain focus on service delivery and quality.
- Assist in the training of junior engineers.
- Participate in professionally directed training as instructed by Company and third-party contractors.
- Receive, control and prepare necessary equipment for logging operation according to procedures.
- Know the documents and procedures for Company services.
- Liaise with the operating Company's representative in relation to the operations.
- Responsible for the execution of a safe logging operation according to effective procedures.
- Record all non-conformities that occur during the operation and report these.
- Responsible cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment in a professional manner according to installation's effective instructions and procedures.
- Responsible for packing, labelling and reporting of shipments according to procedures.
- Report non-conformities in HSE, equipment and undesired incidents.
- Report relevant and necessary data for maintenance, statistics and experience data according to Company procedures.
- Undertake onshore activities such as upgrading of equipment, maintenance and equipment control.
- Ensure the necessary equipment maintenance is carried out as required to ensure job execution performance.
- Ensure that all Company equipment has a clean and tidy appearance in order to give the correct impression to the Client.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Company's range of services and their application within the industry to effect minor changes to job programs and discuss same with the Client.
- Maintain and update the competency portfolio.

Qualifications:
- University Degree in Engineering
- Relevant experience within tractor conveyance, powered mechanical, case hole logging and well intervention operations.
- Necessary local certifications and medical as required.
