The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe and fit for purpose.
Support asset maintenance, building repairs, inspections, planned and preventative maintenance.
Liaise with stakeholders such as asset users, tenants, employer representatives and contractors.
Follow all Health & Safety policies, completing risk assessments and method statements.
Complete documentation using IT and paper‑based systems.
Deliver additional works when required under contract requirements.
Maintain skills and attend training to remain competent in relevant disciplines.
Willingness to participate in the on‑call rota 1 in 5 weeks and support with annual leave/sickness cover.
Preferred Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering Services (Plumbing) or equivalent experience.
Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
Ability to plan ahead and work to tight deadlines.
Good IT skills with ability to use a tablet.
Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
Location: Thetford, Norfolk.
Travel: Across the regional Training Estate.
