The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.
Working individually and on occasions as part of a team to assemble and pack a variety of metal materials with manual and automated equipment, to a high quality standard meeting hourly production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high quality standards at all times for standard and bespoke products.
- Proactive communication with supervisors, managers and Quality Control regarding production, quality and H&S issues.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
- Maintaining H&S standards following instructions and wearing of appropriate PPE.
General Requirements:
- Previous experience of working on an assembly production line.
- Regular quality checks.
- Following internal processes.
- Completing paperwork.
- Understanding of basic IT.
Qualifications/Courses/Experience:
- Previous experience obtained in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work under own initiative and on occasion under pressure whilst adhering to strict deadlines and demands.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Operational Fault Finding and problem solving.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Manage self, working/assisting colleagues obtaining their involvement and buy in.
