WJEC / CBAC invites applications for a role within the e-Assessment team, delivering first line email and telephone support to schools, colleges and internal stakeholders.
You will create user accounts, provide administrative support, collate data and maintain user guides.
The successful candidate will handle technical enquiries about the e-Assessment software, work with third party partners and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
