The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Working with our Sustainability Director to develop and implement sustainability policies, strategies, and initiatives. Lead sustainability assessments and provide recommendations for improvement, particularly in relation to our products and fleet. Lead the data improvement programme and development of company metrics and reporting. Analyse and interpret sustainability-related data for internal reporting and external disclosures. Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations, industry standards, and company commitments. Prepare sustainability reports, disclosures, and presentations for stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into business operations. Monitor sustainability trends, emerging regulations, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and sustainability organizations. Drive corporate sustainability efforts, including carbon footprint reduction and social responsibility programs. Provide guidance on sustainability risk management and opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Passion for corporate responsibility and environmental sustainability.
- Preferably a degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in sustainability, corporate governance, or compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and data analysis software.
- Ability to provide strategic sustainability insights and drive sustainable initiatives.
