WJ UK is seeking a Head of Business Development in Kings Langley, on-site with UK travel.

You will lead the sales function, own the order intake pipeline and marketing remit, and drive expansion into AMP8, defence and public sector frameworks while developing new service lines.

You will report to the Managing Director as a Senior Leadership Team appointment, manage a Sales Manager and a small team, and shape the growth agenda with strategic, commercial and technical oversight.
