Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to fill a hands‐on leadership role which combines team management with client‐facing project management responsibilities. The role is offered as maternity cover for 9 to 12 months. The successful candidate will guide, coach and motivate a team of up to six people, while managing a roster of clients and overseeing the delivery of high‐quality creative projects.

They will work closely with internal production, creative and client teams to deliver campaigns across digital, social, print, film, animation and photoshoots, ensuring work is delivered on time, to brief and on budget, while nurturing strong client relationships.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can lead, mentor and empower others while confidently managing end‐to‐end project delivery. They may not currently be in a team leader role, but they are ambitious, enthusiastic and ready to take the next step in a leadership and project management career.

They will support and develop their team through bi‐weekly 1:1s and sessions focusing on communication and improvement, guiding them through challenges with clarity and confidence.

The successful candidate will:

  • Seek out opportunities to improve how we work as a business
  • Identify ways to enhance efficiency, collaboration and ways of working
  • Deliver projects from initial brief to final completion
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources and delivery across creative disciplines
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to brief and on budget
  • Work collaboratively with internal production and creative teams.
