We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and reliable Group Marketing Assistant / Executive to join our team in Dartford, Kent. This role is specifically designed to suit a professional returning to work or anyone seeking a flexible schedule. You will provide vital support to our Group Marketing Manager, balancing creative content tasks with essential administrative support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manager Support: Act as primary support to the Group Marketing Manager to plan and roll out multimedia campaigns.
- Digital Updates: Manage daily digital tasks, update the website, and brief social media content.
- Direct Marketing: Build and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns using Keyloop software.
- Asset Management: Download brand assets from dealer portals and meet strict manufacturer compliance deadlines.
- Reporting: Assist with post-campaign analysis and produce monthly used car reports.
- Events & Sponsorship: Support showroom events, manage booking platforms, and organise local product placements.
- Online Presence: Maintain and update Group GMB (Google Business Profile) accounts with weekly posts.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a marketing and administration role.
- Software: Confidence with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Keyloop or website CMS is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
- Organisation: Ability to prioritise a changing workload, use your own initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
- Industry: Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Work-Life Balance: A suggested 10:00 am – 3:00 pm schedule tailored around school hours or personal commitments.
