We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Hardwick, Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning team in a full time capacity, working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Please note that this position is due to begin in January 2026.

The ideal candidate will perform various administrative tasks to support the crews working from our Hardwick Depot. As a Contract Administrator, you will ensure efficient order processing, contract management and preparing invoices/applications to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Daily administration of various contracts, including receipting orders via email from clients, logging onto spreadsheets and EDRS, and preparing job packs for crews, and managing the administration of those contracts.
  • Raising Purchase Orders in our bespoke system.
  • Answering the telephone and liaising with clients for Work Orders.
  • Preparing invoiced and applications for payments to clients.
  • Assisting the Contracting Department with daily duties.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the industry will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with working to deadlines, proactive, and take pride in work with a strong work ethic.
  • Some flexibility with working hours is required for peaks in our workflow.
