Customer Tech Support (Remote)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the web hosting industry
- Experience with control panel cPanel/WHM
- Good understanding of the different options in web hosting (shared hosting, VPS, domain names, reseller hosting and dedicated servers)
- Good phone manner
- Good internet connection
- Tech support via chat and phone calls
- Handling sales enquiries via telephone, chat and emails
Web Developers (Remote)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a web developer
- Good knowledge of HTML5, PSD to HTML conversion, WordPress, Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL
- Experience with tools such as WHMCS and Livechatinc
- Self‑rating (1‑10) in converting PSD to HTML, WordPress, MySQL, Bootstrap, PHP
- Working hours: Monday to Friday UK, London Time, 9:00‑17:00
