Purpose of the position
Planning all training duties for crew members in cooperation with stakeholders. To ensure training efficiency and driving system and process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Plan all training duties for internal and external trainers as part of the monthly roster planning
- Reserve the necessary trainer and devices resources
- Cooperate with external partners to ensure balanced coverage of external trainers and training devices (Simulators)
- Plan all training duties for crew members as described in Operations Manuals as part of the monthly roster planning
- Ensuring high efficiency of built training
- Tracking, monitoring training validities
- Create all necessary reports
- Taking part of process and system improvement
- Continuous cooperation with the Training Department representatives & Group Crew Training Planning & ATO in terms of training requirements and systems
- Cross functional project management. Cooperation with various stakeholders across the organization (Cabin and Flights Operation, Training, Human Resources)
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations (duty and flight time limitations, Fatigue Risk Management)
- Showcase skills in managing ad-hoc tasks effectively
Authorities of the function
- Create and plan trainings events to ensure that crew is fully compliant with aviation regulations
- Implement changes to Crew Training processes
- Conduct training sessions relevant to the role
Requirements
- Min. 1-3 years + overall work experience
- Knowledge of AIMS Crew, Sabre, Jeppesen, CAE and Ops systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of Flight Time Limitation rules is an advantage
- University or college Degree
- Fluent in English (C1 and above)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS Office skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to a Safety Management System
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude
