Based in Luton
Purpose of the position: To provide professional oversight and recovery of the published rosters while maintaining roster efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- To recover crew schedule, ground and line training plan after operations disruptions outside the 72 hours window
- To plan crew routes based on the schedule and duty rules
- To cover un-crewed positions beyond 72h and to flag crew shortage issues
- To cooperate with other departments
- To follow up schedule changes
- Crew schedule validation to ensure FTL and FRM compliance
Authorities of the function:
- Modify crew rosters as necessary
- Monitor and maintain SBY levels to support the operation
Requirements:
- 1-3 years overall work experience
- Knowledge of AIMS Crew, Jeppesen, Sabre, CAE and Ops systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of Flight Time Limitation rules is an advantage
- University or College Degree
- Fluent in English (C1 and above)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS Office skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to a Safety Management System
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Able to work in shifts
