Crew Logistics Coordinator

Based in Luton

Purpose of the role:

Organize/book accommodation and transport for all Wizz Air crew members. Assistance to / cooperate with Operations Planning Department by managing the staff’s logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistance to Flight and Cabin Operations invoice processing administration
  • Accommodation booking / transport booking / conference and training room booking for both flight and cabin crew members and finding the most economical and best solution for the company
  • Cooperation with other stakeholders to process crew related booking of accommodation and transportation
  • Cooperation with the transport providers (all Wizz Air UK locations)
  • Ensuring staff receives required accommodation and transport
  • Collecting information and up-date the staff logistics system
  • Ensuring accurate cost allocation records
  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting on crew accommodation and travel costs

Skills and competencies:

  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work to deadlines and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to work flexibly – managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues
  • Assertive personality, accuracy;
  • Detail oriented approach to work;
  • Flexibility, ability to react quickly to the operational needs;
  • Commitment to deliver quality work.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics is an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Experience in processing invoices and controlling costs
  • College/university degree.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
