Eligibility: Experienced First Officers and Captains invited to join our bases in the UK – Luton/Gatwick.
Open Day Location: Bournemouth, Bridge House Hotel on 27th May, from 10:00 local time.
Fleet: 18 A321neo aircraft; fleet is growing to over 30; average fleet age 1.53 years.
Operating Roster: 5/4 fixed roster; random roster with extra compensation; 50% part‑time (14/14) for Captains only.
Operational Details: Mostly 2‑sector days out and back to home base.
Days Off: Up to 5 blocks of 13 days off a year on the fixed roster; 28 days on the random roster.
