Open Day Location: Bournemouth, Bridge House Hotel on 27th May, from 10:00 local time.
Fleet: 18 A321neo aircraft; fleet is growing to over 30; average fleet age 1.53 years.
Operating Roster: 5/4 fixed roster; random roster with extra compensation; 50% part‑time (14/14) for Captains only.
Operational Details: Mostly 2‑sector days out and back to home base.
Days Off: Up to 5 blocks of 13 days off a year on the fixed roster; 28 days on the random roster.

Fast Track Command: Progress from cadet to captain in under 5 years. Experienced First Officers with over 3,500 factorised hours eligible for command upgrade within 12 months (6 months for First Officers with Airbus FBW experience).
Training and Office Roles: Opportunity to join the training department or take on an extra office role alongside flying duties.
