We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction and remodeling projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress, changes, and expectations
- Review plans, scopes of work, and specifications for accuracy
- Track budgets, change orders, and job costs
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Collaborate with the office/admin team on documentation and reporting
- Ensure projects comply with local codes and company standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and materials
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management software (JobTread or similar preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
