We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Field Assistant to support our Project Managers and field teams. This role is essential to keeping projects moving smoothly by handling errands, material pickups, site support, and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies to job sites
- Assist with job site setup, organization, and cleanup as needed
- Run errands to suppliers, vendors, and permit offices
- Support Project Managers with on-site coordination and documentation
- Take photos and notes from job sites for project records
- Communicate updates between field teams and the office
- Ensure materials and deliveries are accurate and on time
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting materials
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
- Good communication and follow-through
