We’re seeking ambitious and strategic thinkers who know how to drive business opportunities for our company. Does this sound like you? You’ll build relationships with clients, generate qualified leads, and convert those leads into lifelong customers.

The ideal candidate for this position is currently a licensed professional, or can gain licensure within 90 days of hire, and thrives on making deals while talking with people out in the field. Responsibilities

  • Develop a list of banks, credit unions, etc. to call with a goal of 30 calls per week
  • Schedule face to face coffee appointments, lunches, and happy hours with agents, bankers, and other professionals with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face meetings per week
  • Conduct calls to real estate agents from a list according to production with a goal of 13 live connections per day and 40 calls per week
  • Follow the outlined Daily Success Plan which includes calls and handwritten notes to database, realtors, and referral sources
  • Execute “Just Ask” calls for the company on a weekly basis to provide status updates on loan files to agents and borrowers

Qualifications

  • We require a current NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker license or have the ability to gain licensure within the first 90 days of employment
  • Exhibit a high-level of skill with time management, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal aptitude
  • A dependable form of transportation is a must in order to attend client meetings
  • Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of sales process and understanding of how to enter information into client databases

Compensation

$75,000 – $90,000 yearly
