We are looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You will be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities:
- Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner.
- Work with a variety of tools including hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade.
- Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours.
- Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role.
- Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred.
- The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required.
- A driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary.
