Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building long-term customer relationships. Acting as a trusted representative of Wizard Zero, you will educate both residential and commercial customers on the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the journey to energy independence. This role offers uncapped commission, clear career progression, and the opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong long‐term relationships with residential and commercial customers
  • Identify and target new customer segments and growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after‐sales support
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
