PAY RATES Level 2: From £13.50 (£28,080)
Level 3: From £14.00 (£29,120)
Level 4 & Above: From £15.00 (£31,200)
NB: Holiday pay is on topof our hourly pay rates!
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRACTITIONERAs a Qualified agency staff member with Wizard Staff Solutions, you’ll step into different nurseries and make an immediate impact; bringing energy, care and professionalism to every setting you support. You’ll engage with children from birth to 5 years in fun, meaningful activities, follow daily routines and work alongside existing teams to deliver top-quality care, while ensuring their safety at all times.

Requirements:
- Level 2 or above Early Years Practitioners
- GCSE English Certificate or Functional Skills
- To be 17 or older
- Willingness to travel to multiple nurseries – flexibility is key!
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
