Light-Mid Weight Photographer

📍 Worcestershire | 💰 £25,000 – £27,500 DOE | 🏡 Hybrid (2-3 days office/home/shoot locations)

We’re wizard pi — a creative studio known for building brands, websites, marketing that gets results, and not taking ourselves too seriously. We’re on the lookout for a talented Light–Mid Weight Photographer to join our growing creative team.

This is a hybrid role with tons of variety. You’ll be shooting on location, in people’s homes, on farms, in factories, and everything in between. From polished product shots to behind-the-scenes content, you’ll help bring our clients’ stories to life through great visuals and creative thinking.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Capturing high-quality, well-composed photography across lifestyle, product, portrait and brand content

✔ Working closely with the wider team (photographers, designers, marketers) to deliver campaigns that hit the brief — and then some

✔ Planning and prepping for shoots (scouting, kit checks, creating shot lists, helping shape the creative vision)

✔ Editing and retouching images to a consistent, high standard

✔ Being part of client shoots and making everyone on set feel relaxed and confident — pets and people included

✔ Keeping on top of trends, fresh ideas and clever ways to make everyday content stand out

What we’re looking for:

✔ A strong, versatile portfolio — we want to see your range

✔ 2+ years of photography experience (in-house, freelance, or agency)

✔ Solid editing and retouching skills (Lightroom and Photoshop as a minimum)

✔ Someone who’s just as comfortable leading a shoot as they are supporting one

✔ Great time management and communication — we move quickly and collaborate a lot

✔ Someone who genuinely enjoys variety
